Carriers and delivery services

We use DHL and USPS for standard, expedited, and priority shipping. Once fulfillment is complete, transit ordinarily takes 1–7 business days unless the carrier experiences an unavoidable delay. Express options through FedEx and USPS are offered for an additional fee, and you can choose the preferred service at checkout. Transit times can vary, so delivery dates are not guaranteed. Fulfillment guarantee

We understand that waiting for a shipment is difficult and will fulfill your order as promptly as possible. If a shipping-confirmation email has not arrived by the third business day after the order was submitted, please ask the Support team for assistance.

Freight and shipping forwarders

Orders may not be directed to a freight forwarder or shipping-forwarding service. We will cancel an order intended for either type of service and provide a full refund.
